1 cup (150g) frozen blackberries
1 medium apple (150g) peeled, cored and chopped finely
1/2 cup (125g) whipping cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar
- Prepare jelly according to packet instructions.
- Divide blackberries and apple among four 3/4- cup(180ml) glasses then pour jelly over the top. refrigerate about 3 hours or until jelly has set.
- Beat cream and icing sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Serve jellies topped with whipped cream.
